Ideally located in a countryside haven near the city center of Le Mans, our guest rooms offer a stay with multiple possibilities. Hiking, cycling, horse riding (nature arch, “Sarthe by bike” circuit), visits to the historic city center of Le Mans, events at the 24h circuit, MMArena stadium, the Antares performance hall (less than 10 minutes away).

This cozy 16m² room with its private bathroom, living/office area, and 18m² private terrace offers all the cozy charm of an attic room. The large wooden terrace, located upstairs, provides a privileged view of the lush countryside. Equipped with chairs, tables, and loungers, it becomes a true living space during fine weather.

  • Bed linen and towels provided.
  • Large bed (180×190), can be separated into 2 single beds on request.
  • Coffee and tea tray.
  • Shower gel, shampoo and hairdryer provided.
  • Heated pool only open from June 15 to September 15 (bring your own towels).

  • A fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal for your meals, as well as a lounge and outdoor terraces.

  • Options:

  • Extra bed for a child: 3 to 10 years 15€/stay, free for 0 to 3 years.

  • Child breakfast under 10 years 10€/day

  • Sale of ready-made dishes available at reception for your evening meals.
