Description of the 4-person cottage
Ideally located in a rural setting near the city center of Le Mans, our 2-bedroom cottage offers a stay with multiple possibilities.
Hiking, cycling, horse-riding (Arc of Nature, “Sarthe by bike” circuit), tours of the historic city center of Le Mans, events at the 24h circuit, at the MMArena stadium, at the Antares performance hall (less than 10 minutes away).
Fully equipped and accessible to people with reduced mobility, our charming guesthouse welcomes you all year round.
Our 37m² cottage on 2 levels is accessible to people with reduced mobility on the entire ground floor. It offers:
- on the ground floor, a bedroom with a large bed (160×190) that can be converted into 2 single beds upon request, a living room with television, a fully equipped kitchen, and a shower room with integrated WC.
- The upper floor features a generous bedroom in the attic with a large bed (180×190) that can be converted into 2 single beds upon request.
- A private equipped terrace (tables, chairs, deck chairs, barbecue) extends the living space.
- Bed and bath linen provided.
- Kitchen equipment: oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cooktop, hood.
- Courtesy tray.
- Shower gel, shampoo, and hairdryer upon request.
- Access to the heated pool open only from June 15 to September 15 (bring your own towels).
- Options:
- Breakfast served in the common room: €14/adult, €10/child
