Starting June 1st, our establishment offers bike rentals to guests during their stay at the guesthouse.
We chose to purchase bikes that accommodate all people by adapting to all sizes and shapes. The Dutch bicycle appeared to us as the most suitable for adults and teenagers.
Our new bikes are equipped with front and rear lights, reflectors, and a bell. These elements are essential to ensure your safety on the road.
We also provide additional safety accessories, such as helmets, reflective vests, and locks.
This new service is part of all our initiatives in favor of sustainable tourism. Our beautiful Sarthe offers a rich natural and cultural setting. Bike rentals provide visitors with an eco-friendly way to move around and gently explore the region.
Discover the Sarthe by bike through the Vélobuissonière or the Loir Valley
Launched in June 2014, La Sarthe à vélo promotes the development of marked circuits and bike routes to encourage bike tourism in the region. By following these itineraries, cycle tourists can cross the tranquil fields of Haute Sarthe or venture further south along the meandering rivers Sarthe and Loir.
This network offers more than 1000 km of routes marked by the Department, using low-traffic roads and Greenways, thus allowing the discovery of the diversity of Sarthe’s landscapes, its waterways, as well as the richness of its cultural and historical heritage.
La Sarthe à vélo is fully part of the region’s economic and tourist development.
