Description of the 6-person cottage

Ideally located in a countryside setting near downtown Le Mans, our 3-bedroom cottage offers a stay with multiple possibilities.

Hiking, cycling, horseback riding (nature arch, “La Sarthe by bike” circuit), visits to the historic city center of Le Mans, events at the 24h circuit, MMArena stadium, Antares concert hall (less than 10 minutes away).

Fully equipped and accessible to people with reduced mobility, our charming guest house welcomes you all year round.

Our 60m² cottage on 2 levels is accessible to people with reduced mobility on the entire ground floor. It offers:

• on the ground floor, a bedroom with a large bed (160×190) that can be split into 2 single beds on request, a living-dining room with a television, a fully equipped kitchen, and a shower room with integrated WC.
• The upstairs has 2 spacious attic bedrooms each with a large bed (180×190) that can be split into 2 single beds on request, access to a balcony.
• A private equipped terrace (tables, chairs, deckchairs, barbecue) extends the living space.
• Bed and bath linen provided.
• Kitchen equipment: oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, hob, hood.
• Courtesy tray.
• Shower gel, shampoo, and hair dryer on request.
• Access to the heated pool, only open from June 15 to September 15 (bring bath towels).
